HI, I’m Johnny Chang, founder of Simplex and along with Mike Morgan, founder of our sister company, Inspire Recruitment we’re here to make your recruiting process simpler. Less complex. More streamlined. More personal.

First things first, why the name Simplex? Because we take the complex, and make it simple. We take the complicated work of recruiting, sourcing and tracking down candidates off of your hands. And we make the entire process easier for you.

For the last 15 years, I’ve worked as a recruiter in Austin. Finding candidates. Networking. Building experience. Learning the best way to run a recruiting company.

Or send me a text, or an email. I’ll probably answer on the second ring, or reply within a few minutes and then we’ll talk through the roles you need to fill.

I GET TO WORK

This is when I comb through my resources and start finding candidates that fit your culture, your role and your plans for the future.

I SEND A FEW CANDIDATES YOUR WAY

After 7 to 10 days, you’ll see some candidates. In an ideal world, I’d just send one. Because I know that they’d be perfect for your company. But, since people like choices, I usually send over more than one.
